It is crucial to ensure the smooth functioning of communal washers and dryers for everyone's convenience. Here are two important reminders:

1. Avoid overloading washers and dryers. Overloading machines can cause malfunctions and errors leading to inconvenience for all residents. Washers shouldn't be filled more than halfway and only one washer load should go into each dryer. If the machine senses too much weight inside the machine, it will automatically go into an error state and stop functioning.  
   
   
2. Specify machine issues when reporting problems. Effective communication is key to resolving issues promptly. When reporting problems with communal laundry machines, please specify which machine number is experiencing the issue. This detail helps expedite the resolution process and ensures a smoother laundry experience for everyone.
